This 5 hour, in-person workshop is designed to help CHSP-funded aged care providers review and strengthen their Quality Management System. You’ll walk away with practical tools, peer insights and a clearer pathway to embedding quality and continuous improvement across your organisation.

Hands-on and practical

You’ll have the opportunity to review and workshop some of your own documents, so please bring along what you can (see list below). If you don’t have them yet, that’s completely fine –you’ll still benefit from the activities and resources.

Beth Scott – Quality Service Improvement
Beth brings deep experience from the public health and community aged care sectors. She now works as a consultant, coach and auditor, helping organisations turn their systems into real-world improvements. Her sessions are challenging, engaging, and outcome-focused.
