Associated Providers
An associated provider is an organisation that delivers services on behalf of a registered provider. Registered providers are responsible for the quality, safety and compliance of any services their associated providers deliver – including compliance with the Aged Care Code of Conduct.
Third-party providers and subcontractors are now called associated providers.
