Elder Care Support program
Elder Care Support kit
This free kit helps your organisation show Elders, their families and supporters how Elder Care Support workers can help.
It was made with Elders and community members from around Victoria, who shared their stories and their words. The SSD Connect Alliance and Hume Region Alliance developed it with them on Yorta Yorta Country.
It has a video, a brochure you add your own details to, and posters to print for your reception area.
