100 days in: CHSP providers making it work

Register for Melbourne forum

Celebrating progress. Confronting challenges. Leading change together.

Join fellow CHSP providers for a forum marking 100 days since the Aged Care Reforms took effect on 1 November 2025.

This is your opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, celebrate progress and share real examples of good practice. You’ll hear directly from others in the sector about what’s worked, what’s been challenging and what they’ve learned along the way.

What to expect

  • Short and sharp provider-led presentations

  • Interview-style Q&A with contributors from across the sector

  • Facilitated table conversations with peer sharing and report backs

  • Interactive discussions on key topics

  • A networking lunch to continue the conversation

Key themes

Topics will include service agreements, the Statement of Rights, person-led practice, governance and other reform priorities.

Why it matters

This is a practical and energising space to:

  • Share your good practice examples

  • Learn from others’ wins and challenges

  • Pick up tools and ideas to support your own continuous improvement

  • Build new connections across the sector
