Support at Home: Navigating Financial Hardship

Why this session matters

From 1 November 2025, the new Support at Home program will introduce means-tested contributions for in-home aged care services. While these changes aim to create a fairer, more sustainable system, providers will likely encounter older people who say they cannot afford to pay.
