Meet your facilitator

Kathy Kirby
Thrive Aged Care Consultants

Kathy is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience across acute, sub-acute, community and aged care settings. She brings practical insight into real-world decision-making, contemporary models of care, and supporting people living with dementia.

I love an interactive session with participants. We’ll discuss scenarios and, if time permits, work through these together. I want participants to leave with a better understanding of why supported decision-making matters and how to put it into practice.
