Getting back into the course

Already signed up? Here’s how to log back in and find your lessons. These steps are for Edge or Chrome on a computer.

I’ve forgotten the web address

Go to ssdconnect.org.au/capturing-stories-with-your-phone and click Log in at the top of the page.

I’ve forgotten my password

On the login screen, click Forgot password? and follow the steps in the email we send you. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.

I’m logged in but I can’t find the course

The course isn’t in the website menu, so you reach it through your account:

1. Click Account at the top of the page.
2. Click Digital Products.
3. Click Capturing Stories with Your Phone.

That opens your course, with all your lessons and your progress.

It asks me to sign up, or says I don’t have access

You may be signed in with a different email than the one you used to set up your account. Click Account, sign out, then sign back in with the email you enrolled with. If that doesn’t work, email Sarah (below) and she’ll sort it out.

The login box won’t open, or it keeps signing me out

This is usually a privacy setting in your browser. Make sure you’re not in a private window – Edge calls it InPrivate, Chrome calls it Incognito – and open the site in a normal window instead. If it still won’t keep you logged in, ask your IT team to allow cookies for ssdconnect.org.au.
