Ongoing reform can place enormous pressure on leaders and their teams. As expectations shift and workloads grow, change fatigue can reduce people’s capacity to think clearly, stay motivated and respond constructively.
This practical masterclass was developed in response to support needs identified by leaders at our recent 100 Days In forum.
Designed for leaders supporting teams through uncertainty and reform, this session explores how to recognise change fatigue, reduce pressure, create clarity and guide more constructive team behaviour.
Facilitated by award-winning leadership expert Martin Probst, the masterclass will share practical strategies to help people release stress, shift unhelpful thinking patterns and focus on what they can control. You’ll gain tools to encourage more resourceful thinking, set healthy boundaries, and build the confidence and cooperation needed to navigate change more effectively.
The session will be tailored to participants’ needs and may adapt in response to discussion and questions.
