Overview
CHSP and Support at Home providers must give older people clear and accessible information about their rights, services, fees and complaints processes.
There are set conditions and obligations to support transparency. These include providing tailored information and giving clients access to their records.
The goal is to ensure older people understand their entitlements and can make informed decisions about their aged care support.
