Overview
From 1 November 2025, all new CHSP and Support at Home participants will need to have a service agreement with each provider they’re receiving services from.
For existing CHSP clients, providers are expected to enter into a compliant agreement as they review each older person annually.

What’s changed in this update:
Page 5 of the Service Agreement Template: A financial information statement advising that clients may request a summary of the organisation's financial position or most recent audited financial statement.
Page 9 of the Service Agreement Guide: An example statement explaining what information is shared with the Data Exchange (DEX). This privacy statement is a mandatory inclusion, either within your service agreement or in the handbook or written information that accompanies it.
