Overview
From 1 November 2025, all aged care providers — including CHSP providers — will need to be registered under the Aged Care Act 2024.
Providers in categories 4–6 will be audited against the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
While providers in categories 1–3 won’t be audited, they must still show that their services meet the Standards when renewing registration.
