Building confidence when everything is changing

  • AEDT (VIC time) Online (map)

Across the aged care sector, leaders are navigating major reform, shifting expectations and growing pressure on their workforce. Many are managing change fatigue, unclear priorities and the challenge of supporting teams while working in systems they cannot fully control.

This workshop has been developed in response to the support needs identified by leaders who attended our recent 100 Days In forum.

This practical webinar gives leaders space to step back, reset and strengthen the leadership foundations that support confidence, perspective and steadiness during uncertainty.

Rather than trying to solve every external challenge, this session focuses on how to strengthen mindset, manage overwhelm and direct energy where it will make the biggest difference.

Facilitated by award-winning leadership expert Martin Probst, this online session explores how thinking patterns shape leadership during change. Participants will gain practical strategies to stay focused, lead effectively through ongoing reform, and support their own mental and emotional wellbeing.

This session will be tailored to participants’ needs and may adapt in response to discussion and questions.

Learning outcomes

Participants will learn how to:

  • Maintain perspective when change and uncertainty feel overwhelming

  • Strengthen their mindset to stay steady and effective during ongoing reform

  • Focus energy on what they can influence, rather than what they cannot control
