Navigate workforce pressure and change while managing energy, staying adaptable and maintaining wellbeing.
Working in aged care means responding to changing expectations and competing demands, while also supporting older people through change. Too little challenge can limit growth, while too much pressure can become overwhelming.
In this interactive 90-minute online session, Martin Probst will explore how to recognise when a challenge can help you grow, when support is needed and when it's time to recover – for yourself and the people you support. You’ll examine the Comfort, Learning and Panic Zones, how learning, unlearning and relearning can help you adapt to change, and the ACES framework for managing energy.
What you’ll learn

Identify when a challenge can support growth, when more support is needed and when it's time for recovery.

Support yourself and others through challenges without becoming overwhelmed.
