People need to feel safe to raise concerns about aged care. The Aged Care Act 2024 strengthens whistleblower protections for people who report possible breaches of aged care law, including older people, families, carers, workers and advocates. Anyone can make a disclosure, including anonymously.
Join this practical one-hour online session to explore how these protections work, what they mean for providers, leaders and staff, and how to respond appropriately to concerns. You’ll consider common reporting scenarios, ask questions and discuss ideas with peers.
