200 days in: CHSP & Support at Home providers making it work

  • Darebin Arts Centre, Grevillea Room 401 Bell St Preston VIC (map)

Celebrating progress. Tackling challenges. Leading change together.

Join fellow CHSP and Support at Home-funded aged care providers for a practical forum marking 200 days since the Aged Care reforms took effect on 1 November 2025.

At 200 days in, many providers have moved beyond early implementation and are now refining how reform changes work in practice. This event is a chance to step back from day-to-day demands, reflect on progress and hear real examples from providers who are making it work.

You’ll hear what’s working, what’s still challenging and what providers are learning as they continue to adapt, improve and lead change across their services.

What to expect

  • Short, provider-led presentations focused on real practice examples

  • Facilitated table conversations with peer sharing and report backs

  • Interactive discussions on key reform priorities

  • Practical ideas you can take back to your team
