Why it matters
The DEX Stage 3 reporting changes introduce new service-specific reporting requirements to improve the consistency and quality of CHSP data.
The changes apply from 1 July 2026, with the new mandatory fields available in DEX Production from 11 August 2026.
This session will help you understand what the changes mean for your organisation and the key actions to take before the new requirements come into effect.

Anna Makedonskaya from the Eastern Sector Development Team will explain the Stage 3 changes, highlight key implementation priorities and introduce the implementation guide she has developed to support providers.

new mandatory Stage 3 reporting fields
optional reporting fields for 2026–27
the requirement for all CHSP client records in DEX to include a valid My Aged Care ID, and why providers should review and update records before submitting July 2026 data.
