Let’s Talk: CHSP Program Manual updates

Join the SSD Connect Alliance and the Eastern Sector Development Team for a practical one-hour online session to help you understand the latest updates to the CHSP Program Manual.

Why it matters

The July 2026 update to the CHSP Program Manual 2025–27 includes a range of important changes. While some updates are editorial or legislative, others require providers to review and update their policies, procedures and day-to-day practices.

This session will help you understand what has changed, what it means for your organisation and the key actions to take.

What we’ll cover

Anna Makedonskaya from the Eastern Sector Development Team (ESDT) will explain the recent updates, highlight key implementation priorities and introduce the Implementation Action Plan the ESDT has developed to support providers.

Have a question? Submit it during registration and we'll answer the most frequently asked questions during the session.

Who should attend

This session is for CHSP team leaders, coordinators, managers and operations staff.
